모란은 부귀와 풍요를 상징하는 가장 화려한 봄의 형상이다.
분홍에서 붉음에 이르는 여러 겹의 색을 겹쳐 풍성하게 피어난 순간의 기운을 강조했다.
한아름 꺾어 큰 그릇에 꽂아 둔 듯한 장면을 상상하며
바라보는 것만으로도 충만해지는 봄의 풍요로운 정서를 담았다.
